개인정보처리방침

Split Second(이하 “개발자”)는 SplitSecond 앱(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 처리하는 정보와 그 이용 목적을 설명합니다.

1. 앱이 처리하는 정보

앱 이용 분석 및 충돌 진단에는 사용자가 선택한 영상·음향 자체, 영상 파일명, 영상 URI 또는 개별 마커 시각을 의도적으로 포함하지 않습니다.

2. 사격 영상 피드백의 이용

영상 피드백 제공은 선택 사항입니다. 앱은 영상을 선택하기 전에 탐지 오류 분석 및 모델 학습·검증에 이용될 수 있음을 알리고 명시적인 첨부 동작을 받습니다. 사용자가 자발적으로 보낸 영상은 탐지 오류 재현, 음향 특성 분석, 데이터셋 보완, 모델 학습·검증 및 탐지 성능 개선을 위해 사용할 수 있습니다. 공유 및 학습 이용 권한이 있는 영상만 보내야 합니다. 개발자는 피드백 영상을 광고 목적으로 판매하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 서비스

앱은 아래 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 해당 SDK가 정보를 기기 밖으로 전송할 수 있습니다.

Google의 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침, AdMob 데이터 공개 안내 및 Firebase 개인정보 보호 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 저장, 공유 및 보유 기간

로컬 편집 정보는 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. 영상 URI, 탐지 피드백 및 마커 편집 파일은 Android 클라우드 백업과 기기 이전에서 제외되며, 언어·테마 같은 일반 환경설정은 백업될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 저장·공유한 결과 영상은 사용자가 선택한 위치 또는 앱의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

Firebase Analytics 정보는 Google/Firebase의 데이터 보관 설정과 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. Firebase는 Crashlytics의 충돌 스택 추적, 관련 진단 정보 및 식별자를 90일간 보관한 후 실제 시스템과 백업 시스템에서 삭제 절차를 시작한다고 안내합니다.

메일로 받은 원본 영상과 피드백은 탐지 문제 검토 및 모델 개선에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 사용자는 아래 이메일로 원본 첨부파일의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이미 비식별 통계나 모델의 학습 결과로 변환된 정보는 특정 영상으로 복원되지 않을 수 있습니다.

5. 선택권과 삭제

관련 지역에서는 Google UMP 동의 화면을 먼저 표시하고 동의 상태가 광고 요청을 허용한 경우에만 광고 SDK를 초기화합니다. 필요한 경우 앱 설정의 “개인정보 선택사항”에서 선택을 다시 변경할 수 있습니다. 영상 피드백 전송은 사용자의 명시적인 영상 선택과 공유 동작이 있을 때만 이루어집니다. Analytics 및 충돌 진단 정보는 앱 이용 중 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하면 기기 내 앱 데이터가 삭제되지만, 이미 전송된 정보는 Google/Firebase의 보관 정책에 따라 일정 기간 유지될 수 있습니다. 별도로 저장하거나 공유한 영상 및 외부 서비스의 데이터는 각 저장 위치와 서비스 설정에서 관리해야 합니다. 관련 삭제 문의는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 보안

개발자는 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호 조치를 사용합니다. 다만 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하여 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

Split Second (“Developer”) respects the privacy of users of the SplitSecond application (“App”). This policy explains what information the App processes and why.

1. Information processed by the App

App analytics and crash diagnostics are not intentionally configured to include the selected video or audio itself, video file names, video URIs, or individual marker timestamps.

2. Use of shooting-video feedback

Video feedback is optional. Before selection, the App explains that a submitted video may be used for detection-error analysis and model training or validation, and proceeds only after an explicit attachment action. Voluntarily submitted videos may be used to reproduce errors, analyze audio conditions, expand datasets, train and validate models, and improve detection performance. Users should submit only videos they are authorized to share and permit for this use. The Developer does not sell feedback videos for advertising purposes.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following Google services, whose SDKs may transmit information off the device:

4. Storage, sharing, and retention

Local editing information may remain until it is deleted or the App is uninstalled. Video URIs, detection feedback, and marker-edit files are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer; general preferences such as language and theme may be backed up. Videos that users save or share are handled by the selected destination and its policies.

Firebase Analytics information is retained according to Google/Firebase data-retention settings and policies. Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash stack traces, associated diagnostic information, and identifiers for 90 days before beginning their removal from live and backup systems.

Original videos and feedback received by email are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review detection issues and improve the models. Users may request deletion of original attachments using the email address below. Information already transformed into de-identified statistics or learned model parameters may no longer be recoverable as a specific video.

5. User choices and deletion

Where required, the App presents Google’s UMP consent flow first and initializes the advertising SDK only when the resulting consent state permits ad requests. Where available, users can revisit choices through “Privacy choices” in App settings. Video feedback is sent only after the user explicitly selects and shares a video. Analytics and crash-diagnostic information may be collected automatically while the App is in use. Uninstalling removes local App data, but transmitted information may remain under Google/Firebase retention policies. Separately saved or shared videos and external-service data must be managed at their destination. Users may contact the address below with deletion requests.

6. Security

The Developer uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. However, no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when App features or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date on this page.
